Hire 1 pays $10 for recommending a qualified candidate who meets the job requirements.
The process of receiving this type of bonus includes:
1. You need to find a candidate who meets the requirements of the job offered on the platform.2. After the candidate submits his/her resume and is pre-qualified, he/she will have to go through an interview with our recruiter manager to confirm his/her qualifications.3. To receive the payment, you may be required to send your bank details or information about an e-wallet to which you can make a transfer.4. After the company receives all the necessary information, you will be transferred in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the offer from Hire1.
